Circular Float · Exposed Equipment Layout
Our Proven Standard for Maximum Flexibility
This model is our tried-and-tested standard solution and forms the foundation of numerous successful projects in wet extraction operations. Thanks to its modular design, it is available in a wide range of configurations – from a cost-effective entry-level model to a highly automated premium solution.
In its most advanced configuration, it features a fully automated repositioning system. Once the predefined maximum excavation depth has been reached, the suction dredger automatically moves to the next extraction position and resumes dredging operations without any operator intervention. This enables exceptionally long periods of unmanned operation and significantly increases productivity.
The dredger is built on two cylindrical pontoons with a diameter of 1,420 mm and is available in lengths ranging from 12 to 26 metres, depending on the application. It can be equipped with a wide variety of light- to medium-duty dredge pumps, allowing it to be precisely tailored to specific operational requirements.
A key advantage of our design concept is its consistently open construction. All mechanical and technical components are installed outside the flotation bodies, ensuring easy access at all times. Maintenance and servicing can therefore be carried out quickly and safely. At the same time, this design prevents any leaks from the equipment from compromising the integrity of the pontoons.
The Type E also offers maximum flexibility when it comes to power supply. Depending on the operating location, the suction dredger can be powered via a 400-volt shore power connection, an integrated power generator, or a medium-voltage transformer.
A wide range of configurations is available for operator cabins, control stations, and the installation of electrical and automation equipment. This allows every Type E dredger to be individually customised to meet the specific requirements of its intended application.
Whether you need a cost-effective entry-level model or a highly automated, custom-built solution – we configure your suction dredger to meet your exact requirements. Contact us today – our team will be happy to provide you with personalised advice.
