Jet System

The jetting system efficiently loosens densely compacted material layers and deposits with a high clay content. Several high-pressure nozzles mounted at the suction inlet use pressurized water to selectively break up the material, making it easier to extract and transport.

Depending on the ground conditions, this can increase solids production capacity by approximately 25 to 50%. The system enables more economical and efficient material extraction, even under challenging soil conditions.

Cutter Head

The cutter head uses its rotating, wear-resistant teeth to break up compacted soil, sand, clay, or soft rock on the waterbed. Through oscillating/swinging movements, the loosened material is drawn directly into the suction pipeline and transported as a water-solids mixture (slurry).

The combination of mechanical cutting and powerful suction technology enables efficient dredging of even highly compacted sediments.

Cutting Wheel

The rotating cutting wheel loosens material from the bed of the waterbody, where it is immediately suctioned away. Unlike the cutter head, it operates without lateral cutting or swinging movements, making it particularly suitable for precise, linear dredging operations. It is ideal for gravel pits with compacted material layers containing clay and has proven especially effective in extracting remaining gravel deposits – achieving recovery rates of up to 97%.

Loosening Head

The loosening head is designed to loosen and break up compacted soil material, particularly dense clay layers. The cutting discs arranged on both sides perform a hydraulically controlled oscillating movement of approximately 80°, effectively breaking up the surrounding material with their cutting edges.

Additionally, integrated jet nozzles continuously clean the cutting discs by washing away adhering material. This ensures trouble-free operation and maintains the long-term performance and efficiency of the loosening head.

Pressure pipeline

We manufacture and supply pressure pipes in all standard nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 500, made from steel, drill pipe, and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) – specifically tailored to the requirements of the sand and gravel extraction industry.

Steel Pressure Pipes offer excellent mechanical strength and high pressure resistance. They are particularly suitable for conveying pipelines operating under high pressures and demanding conditions.

Drill Pipes are manufactured from highly wear-resistant materials and feature increased wall thickness compared to standard steel pipes. This provides a significantly longer service life when handling highly abrasive materials, making them the ideal solution for demanding applications in sand and gravel conveying operations.

HDPE Pressure Pipes are characterized by their low weight, corrosion resistance, and excellent flexibility. Particularly when conveying sand and fine sand, HDPE pipes offer outstanding abrasion resistance and often achieve a longer service life than comparable steel pipelines. Their smooth internal surfaces also minimize pressure losses, enabling energy-efficient transportation of conveyed materials.

By selecting the most suitable pipe material for each application, we provide cost-effective, durable, and practical piping solutions for the transportation of gravel, sand, water, and slurries.

Pressure Pipe Float

For the floating installation of pressure pipelines, we offer a range of pipe flotation systems that can be individually tailored to the specific requirements of each project. Different designs are available depending on the required buoyancy, load capacity, and intended application.

Pipe Floats for Non-Walkable Pipelines

For pressure pipelines that do not require pedestrian access, PE floats are used and mounted directly around the pipeline. They provide the necessary buoyancy and ensure that the pipeline remains stable and securely afloat. This cost-effective solution is particularly suitable for applications where access along the pipeline route is not required.

Walkable Steel Pipe Flotation Systems

For demanding applications, we offer walkable pipe flotation systems featuring an exceptionally robust steel construction. This design is particularly suitable when high buoyancy forces are required or additional loads need to be supported.

The sturdy construction provides excellent resistance to mechanical stress and ensures a long service life. At the same time, the walkable design allows safe access for maintenance and inspection work.

Walkable Lightweight Pipe Flotation Systems

As a cost-effective alternative, we offer a walkable lightweight flotation system. In this design, buoyancy is provided by a series of interconnected plastic barrels integrated into a stable supporting structure.

This construction offers excellent floating stability, a low wind-exposed surface area, and reduced investment costs. It is therefore particularly suitable for projects requiring a reliable yet economical solution.

Customized Design and Engineering

All pipe flotation systems are individually engineered to meet the specific requirements of each project, taking into account pipe diameter, buoyancy, load capacity, and operating conditions.

This ensures a technically optimized and cost-effective solution for every application.

Hoses and Rubber bows

We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality accessories for suction and pressure pipe systems. Our product portfolio includes rubber hoses for suction and pressure applications, jet hoses, and rubber pressure pipe bends. For particularly demanding applications, we also supply pressure pipe bends with reinforced wall thickness for increased durability and extended service life.

In addition, we offer steel pressure pipe bends in various designs and configurations. Our products are characterized by excellent wear resistance, reliable performance, and long service life.

With a wide variety of dimensions and configurations available, we can provide the right solution for almost any application. We would be happy to advise you on selecting the most suitable accessories for your specific requirements.

Adapters and Pressure Pipe Cutters

Our pressure pipe crossovers, also known as pressure pipe scissor bridges, enable safe passage over rubber hose connections within pressure piping systems. They provide a stable, walkable crossing, contributing to workplace safety and smooth operational processes.

The structure is equipped with a handrail on one side, providing secure support when crossing the hose connection. Thanks to their flexible design, the pressure pipe crossovers can accommodate changes in position and bends in the rubber hoses without compromising functionality or safety.

The crossovers are secured using clamps attached to the connecting pipes on either side of the rubber hose. This ensures quick installation and a secure, reliable attachment within the piping system.

Power Supply

In addition to high-quality medium-voltage cables and 400V cables, we also offer the appropriate accessories to ensure the safe and reliable installation of your power supply cables.

For installation in water, we offer cable buoys and cable floats that provide reliable support for the cables during installation and operation.

Cable buoys are attached directly to the cable using clamps and straps. They provide the necessary buoyancy and ensure that the cable is safely guided through the water. Thanks to their bright, highly visible colour, the cable’s position can be easily identified even from a considerable distance.

Cable floats consist of two robust half-shells that are placed around the power cable and then securely fastened together. They provide the necessary buoyancy to keep the cable in the desired position and facilitate installation in bodies of water. Their bright, highly visible colour also ensures that the cable route can be easily identified on the water’s surface.

We would be happy to advise you on selecting the right accessories for your project and put together a solution tailored to your specific requirements.
